Center for Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery is open weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 623.486.7700. Current patients can schedule online once registered.
During your first visit, we ask that you bring all pertinent medical records, test results and a list of current medications and dosages. For your convenience, please download, print and complete your forms prior to arrival.
To expedite the registration process, we encourage all patients to bring your insurance card, photo identification and co-pay. The office accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and cash.
To keep our scheduling as efficient as possible, we ask that cancellations be called into the office at least 24 hours in advance. Should you fail to cancel, you may be billed for the scheduled time.
